1. Who we are
This website is run by Stavros Thalassinos, trading as STH Labs, a sole proprietor in Greece, at Thesi Alonaki, Prodromos, 84400 Paros, Greece ("we", "us").
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of okyra.sthlabs.net and how you buy okyra licences here. By using the website you accept them. They are aimed at businesses and professionals; okyra plans are sold to companies.
3. Licences
Your right to use the okyra software comes from its licence, not from these terms:
- Personal use and use by noncommercial organisations is free under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0.
- Any company may evaluate okyra free for 30 days.
- Other business use needs an okyra Commercial License. Its text is given to you before you buy and forms part of your order. If it conflicts with these terms, the licence wins.
4. Prices and buying
- Prices on this website exclude VAT and other sales taxes, which are added where they apply.
- Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- A plan covers the number of concurrent runners it names. If you need more, upgrade to the next plan.
- Payments are not refundable, except in the cases the okyra Commercial License names, including the founding offer below.
- Founding offer: the first 10 companies that buy Team annual at €990 a year keep that price for every renewal, as long as the plan renews without a lapse and stays on Team annual. They can ask in writing for a full refund of the first payment within 30 days of the day we receive it. The full terms are in section 11.7 of the okyra Commercial License.
- Enterprise plans are agreed in an order form.
5. Benchmark and estimates
Comparisons on this website come from our own benchmark, described on the benchmark page with its method and limits. The savings calculator gives estimates based on that benchmark. Your results depend on your tasks, model, harness and cache hit rate. Estimates are not a promise of any saving.
6. Names and trademarks
okyra and STH Labs are our names. You may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
agent-browser is a product of Vercel Inc. okyra and STH Labs are not affiliated with or endorsed by Vercel. Vercel, the Vercel design, Next.js and related marks, designs and logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Vercel, Inc. or its affiliates in the US and other countries.
7. Liability
We take care that this website is accurate, but it is provided as it is, and content may change. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence. Liability for the software is set out in its licence.
8. Law
These terms are governed by Greek law, without prejudice to mandatory rules that protect you where you live.
